Job description
Greentube provides a game development framework that is used by our partner companies to implement slots and other casino games. We are currently in the process of bringing our games to the next level by doing a complete rework of our stack. To ensure a high quality of the product and to minimise maintenance and support effort, we are currently searching for a Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d).
We are utilising unit tests and static code analysis in our CI and want to extend our test automation even further with additional integration and regression tests.
YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for the overall test management process as well as defining the test strategy and planning
- Ownership of internally developed test automation tools
- Ensuring visibility, tractability and control of the testing process to deliver high-quality software
- Responsible for identifying and developing the scope of the testing for each release increment
- Creation and implementation of test cases
- Creation and management of regression and acceptance test scenarios
- Carry out test runs and analyse problems, bug triage and tracking
- Automate integration tests on staging and production environments
- Identification and implementation of improvements in our test automation process
- Active support of release, build and deployment for continuous integration and delivery
- Close collaboration with the developers
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 3 years of experience as a test automation engineer or 3 years as a software engineer with high interest in test automation
- Experience with test case and defect management, test strategy development and execution
- Experience with the creation of tests in C# and in continuous build environment
- Experience with the creation of tests for Javascript is a plus
- Constructive, proactive and precise working style
- Motivated to share knowledge in the team
- Experience in game development is a plus
- Goal- and solution-oriented behavior within the team and with other departments
- Very good command of both spoken and written English
